Role : Head of Development

Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle: pre-development, design development, detailed engineering, regulatory approvals, and construction support.

Coordinate between planning, engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Conduct feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and risk analyses at each stage.

Oversee permitting processes, authority approvals, and compliance with engineering codes and standards.

Lead project budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field is must.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with real-estate and design firms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
