Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the Section's resources (human, financial, technology, assets) and manage them efficiently and effectively to achieve the section's objectives.
• Identify and evaluate the sections' operations, conduct comprehensive analysis of the performance and implement the necessary improvements.
• Implement the operational plans and prepare annual estimated budgets of the section, follow-up the implementation in addition to the additional
  
  

requirements from the Management.

• Follow up the project plans implementation of the section and review the completion reports to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives.
• Implement the benchmarking and specialized practices in the section and determine the priorities of the application.
• Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of all the administrative and financial activities of the section in accordance with delegation of
  
  

Authority.

• Approve and evaluate the annual performance of the head of units and follow up their job performance periodically, provide the necessary support in
  
  

achieving their objectives and accomplishing the tasks assigned to them.

• Implement the changes in plans, ensuring the successful adaptation of the Departments to the required changes and adoption of new practices that
  
  

support growth and sustainable improvement.

• Propose the use of the latest technological technologies such as artificial intelligence tools to enhance and improve the efficiency of the section
  
  

processes and procedures.

• Prepare the reports on the activities of the section, review them and ensure the data accuracy and meet the requirements before submitting them to
  
  

the Department’s Director.

• Implement the activities of reviewing the relevant internal policies and systems and submit proposals and recommendations thereon.
• Implement activities to increase the ability to achieve growth strategies in the company within the competence of the Department.
• Participate in promoting the organizational values and culture in the Department by leading initiatives and programs that support strategic values and vision.
