Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies aligned with organizational and national goals
• Ensure ethical AI practices and robust technology governance frameworks
• Drive innovation through cutting-edge AI solutions, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications
• Oversee the implementation of scalable AI platforms, ensuring seamless integration with RTA’s enterprise architecture
• Foster a culture of AI literacy through internal workshops, training programs, and stakeholder engagement
• Represent RTA at national and international AI forums and contribute to government award submissions
• Manage AI-related vendor selection, partnerships, and project tenders to ensure value-driven results
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to AI specialists and data scientists, supporting their professional development
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to enhance AI adoption and drive digital transformation
• Monitor AI risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, AI governance, big data analytics, cloud computing, and RPA
