Location: Toronto, ON (Thrice a week onsite)

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, deploy, and manage secure web/API-based applications within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance web-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
  • Work with DevOps tools (STS/IntelliJ, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus) and cloud platforms (OCP, Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with product managers and Agile teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Create technical designs, implement user stories, and build scalable, secure systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote risk and compliance management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 6–8 years in web-based software development.
    • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth security, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
