Seeking experienced professionals to collaborate with stakeholders in the insurance industry, delivering solutions that optimize operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution.
- Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project alignment and success.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for knowledge transfer.
- Provide project updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current on insurance industry trends and technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in the insurance industry (business analysis, project management, or consulting).
- Experience in underwriting, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
- Familiarity with insurance technologies (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in documentation and process mapping.
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
