Project Manager, IT Infrastructure

Job Description

Purpose

Chubb is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the overall project planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion with focus on Infrastructure deliverables. They will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals adhering to agreed schedules and meeting deadlines, and manage project budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects under programs
• Facilitate the definition of projects’ scope, goals and deliverables
• Define infrastructure projects’ tasks and resource requirements
• Collaborate with all stakeholders, global teams to resolve issues and drive for delivery.
• Assist Program Manager to manage project budget and resource
• Assist Program Manager to develop full scale project plans
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Provide direction and support to project teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in IT and Infrastructure, Project Management
• Strong team player, demonstrating excellent team qualities.
• Possess the ability to drive through projects and change based on both skill in project management and through their individual personality.
• Able to work in a highly stressful environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tools like MS Project
