Job Summary:

CodingOwl Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer with expertise in POS, Accounting, Inventory, and Workflow Development. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and problem solver, capable of designing, developing, and implementing efficient Odoo solutions tailored to business needs.

This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Odoo modules, excellent communication skills, and flexibility for international assignments at our client site in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules, particularly in POS, Accounting, Inventory, and Workflow Automation.
• Analyze business needs and design scalable, efficient Odoo solutions.
• Develop new functionalities, enhance existing features, and resolve technical issues.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs.
• Conduct technical and functional training sessions for end-users.
• Maintain and optimize Odoo databases, ensuring security and performance.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to streamline business processes.
• Travel internationally to client sites for implementation, support, and project execution (6 months to 3 years, depending on project needs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (preferably 3–5 years).
• Expertise in POS, Inventory, Accounting, and Odoo Workflow Development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional workflows and customization techniques.
• Experience with Odoo API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and readiness for long-term international travel.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or automation within Odoo is a bonus.
