Scrum Master for Mobile Developers Teams

Our team consists of developers, designers, and testers, all dedicated to creating solutions that meet our clients' needs.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can help our mobile development teams achieve the best possible outcomes using Scrum methodology. If you have the skills to effectively facilitate meetings, resolve issues, and support the team in daily challenges – we’d love to hear from you!

• Supporting development teams in effectively applying Scrum methodology.
• Organizing and moderating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Collaborating with the Product Manager and development team to optimize the backlog and maximize value for end-users.
• Identifying and removing impediments in the team’s workflow.
• Tracking the team’s work and progress in JIRA, ensuring tasks and backlog are up-to-date and transparent.
• Fostering engagement, motivation, and effective communication within the team.
• Educating and supporting the team in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum principles and values.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with mobile development teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence and backlog management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Independence and a proactive approach.
