Role Responsibilities

Design and develop robust Java Spring Boot applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in applications.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Write and maintain effective unit and integration tests.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
Maintain and improve existing applications and services.
Develop RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Work closely with database engineers and administrators to design and maintain scalable databases.
Prepare and maintain software documentation.
Assist in analyzing requirements, providing estimates and technical design.
Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Proficient in RESTful API design and development.
Solid understanding of database management systems, SQL, and ORM technologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
