What You’ll Do:

• Own Product Roadmaps: You’ll take charge of managing product timelines, ensuring both new feature launches and ongoing improvements happen smoothly. 🚀

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to turn ideas into products that resonate with our users. 🤝

• Prioritize Features & Fixes: Balance feature development with bug fixes, making sure the product stays solid while new updates roll out. 🛠️

• Analyze & Improve: Use data and feedback from our Gen Z users to refine and enhance the product, making it better with every update. 📊

• Manage Timelines & Deadlines: Keep everything on track and handle any surprises that come up, ensuring smooth and on-time feature launches. ⏱️

• Leverage Financial Knowledge: Use your understanding of financial markets to develop features that align with our users’ investment goals and help improve their financial literacy. 💸

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

• Basic to advanced understanding of financial markets, investments, or fintech products.

• You’re a natural problem solver and can handle multiple projects at once without losing focus. 🎯

• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex ideas to teams across different departments. 🗣️

• You’ve got a good eye for user experience, and you know how to create products that speak to Gen Z. 💻

• Experience in agile environments and project management tools like JIRA or Trello is a bonus. 📝

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fintech or a strong interest in financial products. 💸

• You’ve worked with cross-functional teams and know how to keep everyone aligned.
