Job Title - UI/UX Designer

• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web application. You will work closely with our product, development, and Solution / Implementation teams to create engaging user interfaces that align with our brand and deliver exceptional user experiences across a range of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver user interfaces for web applications Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and interactions. Ensuring that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

• UX Research Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors. And analyse the feedback, data, and analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions.

• Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and refine designs. Ensure designs are aligned with project goals, technical constraints, and brand guidelines.

• Brand Consistency Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistent branding and UI components across the product suite. Advocate for best practices in design and user experience across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Prototyping and Testing: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts and validate design decisions with users and stakeholders.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a SaaS or product-driven environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing the design work, particularly UI/UX projects for web applications.

• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Marvel.

Technical Skills and Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, React (experience with these is a plus).

• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (enough to communicate effectively with front-end developers).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprints.

UX Research & Testing:

• Strong ability to create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.

• Ability to analyse user feedback and behavioural data to drive design improvements
