Location: Switzerland (Flexible/Hybrid)

Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collaboration tools? This role focuses on configuring and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Teams. You'll ensure the environment is secure and compliant, support 2nd-level issues, and work closely with internal teams.

What you bring:

• Informatiker EFZ / HF / FH
• Microsoft 365 certifications a plus
• Experience with PowerShell, Citrix, FSLogix, Cloud Identity
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Driver’s license and vehicle

System Engineer – Digital Workplace

Location: Switzerland

Start: Immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80–100%

Are you ready to take the lead in the digital workplace? You'll implement customer projects, manage client software distribution (e.g. Intune), drive new workplace tech initiatives, and handle 2nd-level support. This is your chance to make a real impact in how users experience their digital environment.

What you bring:

• Completed IT training (e.g. Informatiker EFZ)
• Practical experience with client management tools (e.g. Intune, Deskcenter)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft client OS and M365
• Fluent in Swiss German; solid English
• Driver’s license and vehicle

System Engineer – Microsoft & Cloud

Location: Bern, Switzerland

Start: ASAP

Workload: Full-time

Sector: IT / Private Cloud Infrastructure

Join a well-established IT service provider specializing in private cloud environments. You’ll be involved in customer and internal projects, including data center planning and optimization, server/network maintenance, and more. Troubleshooting, architecture, and long-term improvements are all part of your playground.

What you bring:

• Several years of system engineering experience
• Strong skills in VMware, NetApp, and Microsoft solutions
• Excellent German communication skills
• Team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude
