About You

• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills,
• Have strong analytical thinking,
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
• Strong documentation skills,
• Knowledge of software development process.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Computer/ Mathematical Engineering or in a related area,
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies,
• At least 2 years of agile software project management experience,
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies,
• Good command of analysis and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.),
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments,
• Experience in RDBMS is big plus. (SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Analyzing projects and requests in detail in collaboration with Product Owner,
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests,
• Facilitate the ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with the team and Product Owner,
• Facilitate team to meet given deadlines by upholding the expected level of quality and ability to prioritize features,
• Help, organize and lead the backlog grooming sessions,
• Identify obstacles faced by the team during the sprint and find solutions to remove them,
• Effectively manage change requests and ensure that the team adapts quickly to these changes,
• Working with the Product Owner to ensure that the projects in the roadmap are completed on time.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders for sprint performance and team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement,
• Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
