UX WRITER

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a UX Writer to support one of the top digital initiatives within the financial sector.

As a UX Writer, you will:

• Write clear, concise, and user-centric microcopy, including buttons, titles, error messages, and instructions
• Collaborate closely with designers, product experts, and developers to integrate copy seamlessly into digital products
• Adapt and refine UX copy throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across all UX writing
• Rephrase and adapt copy written by French-speaking colleagues into Dutch
• Update and maintain our content database
• Develop and maintain UX copy guidelines and standards with your fellow UX Writers
• Iterate copy based on user feedback and usability testing insights

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Deep understanding of UX and UI principles and mobile-first design
• Ability to understand and map full customer journeys alongside UX/UI and conceptual designers
• Familiarity with design processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent writing skills in Dutch, with fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2)

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to defend choices while remaining open to feedback
• Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented work style

• Ability to propose multiple UX copy solutions to stimulate further reflection and stakeholder discussions
• Energized by deadlines and flexible working environments

Work location:

• Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
