At CyberCube, we are on a mission to empower the cyber insurance ecosystem with world-class analytics and technology. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations with a sharp focus on cybersecurity, and crucially, someone who has successfully navigated the fast-paced, ever-evolving environment of a scaling business.

In this pivotal role, you will architect secure and scalable systems that evolve with our business. You’ll drive the implementation of cybersecurity best practices while ensuring our IT infrastructure remains robust, agile, and ready for future expansion.

Your Mission at CyberCube

  • Lead CyberCube’s IT operations and cybersecurity initiatives, supporting the needs of a scaling, global organisation. Design and implement secure, scalable IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
  • Manage security solutions: endpoint protection, firewalls, identity & access management, DLP, and SIEM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Conduct regular risk assessments
  • Lead incident response planning and investigations.
  • Educate and empower internal teams with cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
  • Manage technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and service providers.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, Security Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record in designing and maintaining secure, scalable IT environments.
  • Experience with Jamf/Intune/Okta/Okta Workflows/Vanta
  • Understanding of network security, AWS cloud security, and modern cyber threats.
  • Strong grasp of security operations, incident response, and risk management.
  • Relevant certifications highly valued: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting scale-up companies and understanding the unique challenges of rapid expansion.
