Your Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Experience with Snowflake and DBT is essential, while familiarity with Python is advantageous.
Your Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize data processing and storage for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and DBT or any other data pipeline tool. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with Python and the Dagster tool is advantageous.
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
- BI Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects (BO) is welcomed.
- Language Skills: High level of written and spoken English is required to work effectively in an international team.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
