Your role 💼

• Lead and perform the technical analysis and development of projects based on business requirements and following our internal guidelines and procedures.
• Create/Extend technical documentation.
• Perform testing procedures.
• Provide support to our business operations by leading rapid-response protocols for production issues, providing workaround solutions and implementing long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Release Management Team to ensure the quality and stability of software releases.
• Continuously learning and staying up to date with the latest software development technologies and trends.
• Report on a regular basis to the line manager: status, risks and issues of outstanding analysis and tests.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Computing, Computer Science or similar, candidates with appropriate work experience will also be considered.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to shifting and evolving business priorities.
• Quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills, debugging and analytical skills.
• Strong appetence for technical challenges with a constructive approach.
• Self-organized and creative team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management, self-organized, problem-solving and attention to detail. You are eager to innovate and try new things.
• Show accountability and ownership with deliverables.
• Fluency in English.
