Project

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer (5+ years) to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of a Center of Excellence for a leading multinational fintech company. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of financial technology alongside top professionals in the industry.

Role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Work with OO programming languages (such as .NET, Java, etc.).
• Handle the integration of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.).
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain and enhance the performance of existing backend applications.
  
  

We are looking for

• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (such as .NET, Java, etc.) Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.)
• English proficiency at a B2/C1 level
• Ideally, Youll Also Have: Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum methodologies Strong team spirit, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude Openness to learning and curiosity for new technologies
