YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You embrace and advocate for the core principles of Product Design ensuring that collaboration, human-centered design, and data-driven decision-making are at the core of everything we do
• You create typical design artefacts such as mid-fi, hi-fi wireframes, and prototypes, driven by the principles of IxD, IA,A11yand UCD
• You independently leverage user data and research to evaluate the impact of your designs and ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs
• You work closely with Product Managers and Business Partners to define the future of our products
• You find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation
  
  

Your Skills Matter

• ExperienceYou haveminimum twoyears of experience in UX/UIDesignwith a focus on B2C digital products and feel confident owning the design process end-to-end
• PortfolioYour portfolio showcases projects that show both your visual design skillsand your ability to solve complex problems in a user-centered way
• Personal qualitiesYou are a humble team player who works well with others, open to different perspectives, and eager to receive feedback and constructive criticism
