Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.

The HR Transformation is one of the largest transformational projects that Air Liquide engaged in over the last years and will meaningfully impact our ways of working. Joining the team will provide you with an opportunity to work in an international cross-BL/BU project environment with a lot of visibility on the European level, where we will be able to take the next steps in our digitization journey and will positively influence our employee experience all across Europe & AMEI.

As a Business Shared Center (BSC) PM Process and Continuos Improvement, your General Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and implement a variety of programs within the transformation Journey of the BSC F&A and/or HR or other similar (HR experience is a plus)
- Deliver operational services
- Optimize people processes
- Drive strategic program initiatives and deliver an excellent employee experience at a fast-growing global capacity
- Share best practices for compliance, effectiveness and efficiency
- Work directly with the Group BSC PMO, the BSC Heads, migration team, team - leaders and other transformation PM’s and intervenients
- Help define plans and roadmaps for the present and future state initiatives and projects
- Oversee BSC implementation roadmap and its Service Delivery, Global - Onboarding and ramp up and Contingent Workforce (Business Contingency Plan)
- Define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Manage the pipeline of project requests, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist with the definition of project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders, identifying requirements and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan & schedule to track progress, maintain and update project plan, communicate project progress to Project and BSC team members and coordinate change management activities
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- At least 5 years of Project management experience required, PMI PMP certification is a strong plus (experience in Human Resources within shared services environment will be considered a plus)
- Lean 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (collaborative and team oriented with cross-functional collaboration background)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including managers, executives, business partners and subject matter experts from various countries, cultures and business levels
- Ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer -focused environment
- Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
- High sense of commitment and responsibility
- Experience in SNow and/ or Workday (will be considered a plus)
- Fluent in English - Mandatory
- Other european language (will be considered a plus)
- Availability to travel when possible and necessary
