Project Manager / Product Lead 80%-100%

We are looking for an experienced, technically skilled personality who can manage demanding projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. What You'll Do

• Act as a Project Manager for innovative product development projects.
• Plan and lead projects, monitoring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Take responsibility for project progress and budget, reporting to the steering committee.
• Act as leading Product Owner in product development projects.
• Gather product requirements, ensure feasibility, manage risks and costs, and oversee verification and validation.
• Coordinate the technical development team (architecture, mechanics, electronics, software, sensors).
• Ensure the final product meets technical expectations and delivers optimal solutions.
  
  

Who You Are

• You bring a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field together with a solid experience in product development as a technical project manager.
• You possess broad and deep technical understanding and can make well-founded technical decisions.
• Significant experience in the development of industrially manufactured mechatronic devices is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with departments such as product management, production, and quality.
• Proficient in project management tools and methods, ideally with additional training or certification in project management.
• You bring an analytical, structured & resilient mindset together with a strong hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills in German and English.
