Project Manager

Location: Zürich, Zürich, Switzerland

Salary: CHF 150,000 to CHF 160,000

A global technology integrator with over three decades of industry expertise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Zürich. With a strong international presence and a growing reputation for delivering comprehensive connectivity and infrastructure solutions, this organization focuses on providing end-to-end services that support business-critical operations—from structured cabling to managed services.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven professional looking to take full responsibility for managing support and project services across multiple client accounts, including on-site teams. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery and continuous improvement while optimizing performance and profitability.

Fluency in German or Swiss German is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main interface between the organization and clients on all operational and financial matters.
• Take ownership of the financial and operational outcomes of service contracts.
• Prepare and continuously improve monthly financial and operational reports for internal and client review.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of services, in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage resourcing to ensure adequate staffing levels, with all team members aligned to service expectations.
• Coordinate and lead internal and client meetings to maintain communication and progress.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards across client sites.
• Maintain accountability for all deliverables, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
• Regularly review and refine operational processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead, support, and develop the on-site team, handling all HR-related activities such as appraisals, leave management, and professional development.
• Act as a mentor and guide for team members to build knowledge and skills.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Fluent in German or Swiss German
• Strong background in telecommunications infrastructure cabling
• Experience supporting operations in office or data center environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in similar environments
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery and measurement
• Skilled in preparing and analyzing operational and financial reports
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience delivering services to meet contractual obligations

Preferred (but not required):

• Certifications such as ITIL, Prince2, or BICSI
