We are looking for an Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager to lead our team and help us leverage data to make smarter business decisions.

As an Analytics & BI Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of BI professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics and BI solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT to empower our different companies within the Stena Metall Group with the ability to extract actionable insights from their data, enabling data-driven decision making, performance optimization and competitive advantage.

Using your potential, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, data engineers, data scientists, solution architects and data platform tech lead.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI & analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Build strong relationships with our customers to enhance business intelligence & analytics capabilities.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies in analytics.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for BI-related services.
• Foster collaboration, monitor team dynamics, promote well-being, align individual goals with organizational needs, encourage knowledge sharing, conduct performance evaluations, approve timesheets and expenses, ensure policy compliance, act as hiring manager for recruiting new team members and onboard new staff.

We are looking for you who have:

• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Hands-on expertise in BI tools (for example Qlik Sense).
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics solutions (Azure).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
