We're Hiring a UI/UX Designer at Apollo!
Apollo is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in ClimateTech 🌍, and we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about creating user-centered designs, delivering innovative solutions, and making a real impact through design, this is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Design Process – Take ownership of UI/UX design for Apollo's platforms from concept to completion.
- Understand User Needs – Design user-friendly experiences that are based on user feedback and continuously optimize them.
- Create Prototypes & Wireframes – Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to ensure the best design solutions.
- Build Design Systems – Build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with multiple stakeholders to bring designs to life and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Brand Alignment – Deliver creative solutions that are consistent with Apollo's brand identity and design standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ Years of UI/UX Design Experience – You have a solid background in UI/UX design and are ready to take your skills to the next level. Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Design Tools – You’re skilled in Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- User-Centered Mindset – You think about users first and focus on solving problems with intuitive, creative solutions.
- Expert in Wireframing & Prototyping – You have advanced skills in wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong Visual Design Skills – You bring a creative approach and a strong visual design sense to your work.
