A leading, boutique technology company headquartered in Warsaw is expanding its cybersecurity leadership and is seeking an accomplished Cloud Security Architect to join its high-impact team.

This is a senior strategic position within the business, offering the opportunity to shape the future of cloud & product security across the enterprise. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in defining security architecture standards, influencing business-wide decisions, and contributing to the long-term success of our security posture in a complex cloud environment.

Cloud Security Architect - Opportunities:

• Act as the technical authority and strategic advisor for all cloud security matters across the organisation;
• Provide leadership on cloud security strategy, governance, and architecture frameworks, ensuring robust practices are built into development and operational workflows from the ground up;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security is embedded into platform development, vendor selection, and enterprise architecture decisions;
• Lead risk assessments, policy development, and compliance reviews;
• Guide the evaluation and implementation of new cloud security tools and platforms, playing an influential role in vendor negotiations and ongoing relationship management;
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the CTO to align cloud security initiatives with broader business objectives;
• Represent the organization in external forums, helping build both the company’s and your own reputation as a cybersecurity leader.

Cloud Security Architect - What are we looking for:

• Proven experience leading cloud security initiatives in a complex enterprise environment;
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and a track record of delivering scalable solutions;
• A collaborative, strategic thinker who excels at influencing at the senior leadership level;
• Experienced in managing vendor relationships and making high-impact tool selection decisions;
• Comfortable operating in a multi-cloud environment (experience with enterprise-grade and on-prem environments).
