Project Overview

We're undertaking an exciting redesign of our digital platform and are looking for two talented interns to join our team. Both roles will work closely together to enhance our user experience and implement modern, responsive designs across our platform.

React Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities

- Implement responsive web interfaces using React.js

- Build and maintain reusable UI components

- Create efficient and maintainable code for our job board and ATS tools

- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement designs accurately

- Optimize application performance and responsiveness

- Integrate with backend APIs and services

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with responsive web design and development

- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility

- Knowledge of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Next.js

- Knowledge of TypeScript

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

- Experience with UI component libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind)

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

This is an unpaid role. However, successful candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance during their internship may be offered full-time positions with visa sponsorship.

Team Collaboration

Both interns will work closely together, with the UI/UX designer creating the visual designs and user experiences, and the React developer implementing them. Regular collaboration and communication between the roles will be essential for success.
