We are looking for a “Business Analyst Assistant Manager / Specialist” located in “İstanbul HQ.”
WHAT DO WE EXPECT ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Management Information Systems,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Proficient in MS Office programs, ARIS (especially Excel, PowerPoint),
- Strong analytical thinking, conceptualization, analysis, problem-solving, planning, presentation, reporting, and research skills,
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills,
- Knowledge and experience in data visualization, analysis, processing, and making data actionable,
- Knowledge of methodologies and techniques used in business analysis processes,
- Experience in project management,
- Awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and applications,
- Proficient in digital transformation topics and methods, with hands-on experience in relevant projects,
- End-to-end experience in medium to large-scale digital transformation, continuous improvement, and change management projects.
WHAT AWAITS YOU ?
- Analyze and document business operations, processes, and systems by evaluating the business model and its integration with technology,
- Conduct needs analysis and ensure documentation by working with Business Units within the framework of project management discipline,
- Support software teams in process design matters,
- Develop and implement software testing strategies and user acceptance testing processes,
- Prepare user documentation and ensure that developed applications meet user requirements,
- Act as a bridge between business issues identified by business units and/or detected independently and technological solutions by developing models, processes, or methods,
- Conduct needs analyses on topics such as increasing efficiency and digitalization of company processes,
- Prepare conceptual designs for digitalization and process efficiency projects, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end follow-up of the project,
- Identify bottlenecks in business analysis processes, propose improvements, turn them into projects, and support process improvement initiatives.
