Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Junior Delivery Manager with around 2 years of experience in IT project management to support our growing team. This role will combine classic project support responsibilities with key administrative and organizational tasks to help the team operate more efficiently.

Project Support

Position - how you'll contribute:

• Create project analyses and internal reports (including SLA monitoring)
• Build and update project knowledge bases
• Assist with project execution and ensure project profitability
• Maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• Support the adoption of work standards and best practices
• Contribute to team development initiatives
  
  

Administrative Support

• Monitor and remind the team to submit weekly timesheets
• Validate logged hours at month-end for PMO reporting
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members (documents, communication with the client, intro workshops)
• Organize team workshops and integration events (NL & PL)
• Maintain and update internal processes (leave requests, standby schedules, internal wiki)
• Track and update project budgets
• Prepare internal analyses and overviews
  
  

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need:

• ~2 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Proactive and communicative approach
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – international client communication is required
