Site Planner

Site Planner required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Norway.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Time Management Plan, input to PMP.
• Drive time & resource management in compliance with processes and policies and ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards.
• Support project management team in developing time schedules and human resource plans.
• Control / maintain time schedules and human resource plans and perform schedule and human resource analyses.
• Communicate and report progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
• Secure coordination and alignment between the package schedules and key milestones.
• Provide planning related input to the Close Out Report.

Requirements:

• MSc or other relevant degree. Competence equivalent PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional).
• Fluent English (Norwegain desired).
• 5 years of relevant work experience within wind and/or construction.
• 5 years of experience from similar position.
• 2 years of experience working in project matrix organisation.
• EU working rights.
