Manage P&L - drive revenue and manage costs .
Recruit, train and drive sales productivity from resources positioned in SDG stores & explore opportunities for expansion.
Train, coach and mentor sales personnel to ensure quality performance in terms of approval rates and premium card mix (if applicable).
Ensure sales team adheres to Sales quality and compliance to regulatory and bank guidelines.
Reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner bank to ensure no leakages on sales efforts.
Share daily and monthly MIS to internal management stakeholders
Ensure Outstanding payables are received in time.
Interact with third party manpower providers and other partners.
5+ years - Credit Card sales experience from a banking background and Team Management Experience is mandatory.
