Demand Planning Analyst

The Job Purpose is to Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role involves working closely with different departments to provide insights, support strategic planning, and drive business improvements through the effective use of data.

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across different datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Create regular reports for management and key stakeholders to present findings and track performance metrics.( Analyzes sales trends, historical data, and market insights to support demand forecasts)
• Work with different departments (marketing, finance, sales, etc.) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analyses. (Works with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) to refine demand projections.)
• Assist in building and refining data models to improve business forecasting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improving existing data processes and workflows. (Develop reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and business performance).

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst role or a similar position. Experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
• Language: English.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas). Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing). Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
