Backend Engineer- AI Focus

The client have create a next level HR-tech platform that improves the interviewing process for everyone involved and put the candidate experience first, making them stand out amongst competitors.

They are looking for an Backend Engineer to join their growing team!

The Role:

• You will be integrating AI into a successful SaaS product (not just building models)
• Design and develop new AI driven features, build them using Python
• Optimize LLMs and Machine Learning
• Help integrate AI into a high growth SaaS product

What you need:

• Experience with Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AI model development
• Ability to communicate AI concepts to tech and non tech stakeholders
• Experience in start ups/ fast paced environments

📍Location: Remote working (UK)

💸Salary: £70k-£100k (depending on experience/ seniority)
