As a Senior Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead, you’ll drive architecture, lead end-to-end development, and mentor a growing team. You'll integrate modern web technologies with AI APIs and help align technical work with business goals. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development (Python, JS), with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience building AI agents with any of the platforms (OpenAI, Langchain, llamaindex, CrewAI, n8n)
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern web development stack, both frontend and backend.
• Experience with at least one of the cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with API design (REST).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding and experience with DevOps best practices.
• Experience with services like ChatGPT, Github Copilot and understanding how to leverage AI technology to accelerate development.

Responsibilities:

• As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the technical design and architecture of the products, and end-to-end implementation.
• Form the development team and development culture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the products.
• Oversee and guide a team of developers, setting clear goals and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science teams to align on requirements and prioritise features.
• Conduct code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and establish best practices for development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI agents with any of the platforms (OpenAI, Langchain, llamaindex, CrewAI, n8n)
• DevOps, MLOps experience to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with open source projects
• Experience building SDK
