Senior C++ Developer

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer to enhance database connection management and observability solutions.

You will work closely with the project team to analyze application architecture and contribute to software development processes. We encourage you to apply if you are passionate about driving improvements and modernizing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to analyze existing application architecture and services
• Participate in work estimation and identify concerns or risks
• Provide technical insights and recommendations for software development processes
• Analyze and optimize database connection pooling for application performance
• Develop and execute proofs of concept to validate modernization solutions
• Refactor and optimize existing C/C++ codebases for performance
• Document processes, designs, and architectures while updating stakeholders
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the modernization process
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest enhancements
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in C++ development
• Experience in database management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
• Understanding of software development processes
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies
• Familiarity with observability tools
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level

• Experience with AWS Aurora
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Background in Linux
