The Role
We’re looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to lead Driva’s Customer Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences across the Driva ecosystem. This role will be at the heart of how we improve and evolve our customer journeys, interfaces, and touch points to drive conversion, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
As a senior member of the product team, you'll balance strategy and execution, collaborating closely with design, engineering and operations to build experiences our users love and keep coming back to.
About the role:
- Own the customer experience across key journeys in the Driva ecosystem, delivering improvements which boost conversion, engagement and customer satisfaction
- Define and drive product strategy for the Customer Team, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and KPIs
- Lead discovery efforts, conducting research and synthesising data to deeply understand user behaviour, needs, and motivations
- Prioritise ruthlessly - build a clear, impactful roadmap that balances user needs with business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, growth, and operations to bring high-quality features to life
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback to iterate and optimise
- Mentor and inspire product management peers and team members, helping raise the bar for product thinking and execution
About you:
- Technical product management experience, ideally in B2C tech or customer-facing platforms
- Proven success delivering high-quality user experiences and improving customer conversion, satisfaction and retention
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data across analytics and BI tools
- Drives delivery forward by building strong relationships with engineers and being comfortable to dive into technical details
- Deep empathy for users, with a track record of translating insights into intuitive and impactful product features
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift
Nice to have:
- Technical fluency: Able to engage deeply in technical conversations with engineers, understand system architecture, and meaningfully contribute to technical decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with coding or scripting (e.g., Python) to aid in prototyping, data analysis, or tooling improvements.
- Comfortable navigating APIs, debugging issues, and working closely with engineering to bridge product and technical needs.
- Experience in optimising complex conversion funnels
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
