About the Company - We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an exciting new Superannuation and Retirement product launch. This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager who is equally comfortable engaging in business analysis activities, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, validated, and delivered. You will work closely with product, legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams to drive a successful market launch while navigating the regulatory landscape unique to the superannuation and retirement sector.
About the Role - End-to-end project management of a new superannuation/retirement product launch. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements by engaging stakeholders across the business. Ensure traceability of requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation phases. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and communications. Facilitate workshops, working groups, and governance forums. Partner closely with product, compliance, legal, actuarial, marketing, and technology teams. Ensure alignment with APRA, ASIC, and other relevant regulatory guidelines. Support change management and internal readiness activities for a seamless go-to-market transition.

Qualifications - Relevant qualifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and/or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering superannuation or retirement-related products (essential)
- Strong background in business analysis – gathering and translating requirements into actionable outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments (APRA, ASIC obligations)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, and/or traditional project delivery environments
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
