Lead and optimize ACE Fund’s operations across SaaS, tokenization projects, finance, and business development.

Build a high-performance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and structure scalable processes to support international expansion.

• 🏗 Operational Structuring :
• Define and implement processes, KPIs, compliance frameworks (Web3/Finance).
• 🏦 Financial Management :
• Oversee budgets, funding operations, investor relations, and reporting.
• 📈 Growth & Scaling :
• Structure growth plans, partnerships, and expansion strategies across Europe and beyond.
• 🎯 Project Delivery :
• Coordinate the launch of tokenization projects (real estate, entertainment, startups).
• 🤝 Team Leadership :
• Build, manage, and empower a cross-functional team (tech, legal, business, marketing).
• 📚 Regulatory Compliance :
• Ensure operations meet the required legal, AML/KYC, and financial standards for tokenized assets.
• 🧩 Strategic Support to CEO :
• Be a key sparring partner to the CEO (Grégory Monfort) on strategic decisions and daily execution.

• 10+ years experience in startup/scale-up operations or finance/fintech management
• Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenization, or alternative assets preferred
• Proven leadership skills: team building, project management, execution under pressure
• Excellent financial literacy (business models, P&L, forecasts)
• International mindset, fluent in English and French
• Taste for entrepreneurship, innovation, and pushing new models
• Bonus: experience in Web3, STO, RWA, or capital markets
