Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner / Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software development background who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in defining product direction, facilitating collaboration, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with software developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user and stakeholder input.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical or software development environment.
• Strong background in software development (hands-on experience is a significant plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning team priorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.

• Must be based in Ireland and legally authorized to work in the country.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
