Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Qualifications and Experience

• Masters or PHD degree in computer Science or related field
• 8 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Small Language Models (SLMs)
• Deep understanding of prompting techniques and prompting optimisation
• Deep understanding of Agentic framework
• Fluent in data preprocessing
• Solid understanding of AI product lifecycles
• Solid understanding on different ML algorithms
• Understanding of AI product evaluation process
• Experience with RAG, knowledge graph, and information retrieval
• Experience with the prominent GenAI models
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desired Skills and Experience

• Hands on experience with AI/ML model integration is highly desirable
• Successfully delivered an AI product that generates significant ARR (>€1m)
• Experience with pytorch, numpy, and pandas
• Experience with microservices architecture, distributes systems, messaging frameworks, and database
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practises, and infrastructure as code tools
