We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist who will join the HR team to support mainly in administrative, recruiting and training activities for our 9 hotels in Milano, Venice Mestre, Rome, Garda Lake & Verona.

Your Main Duties

• Managing activities related to employment relationship: hiring, contracts, resignations, sick leave, maternity, promotions, holiday plan etc.
• Managing the company HR attendances system
• Liaising with external consultant to deal payroll process
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• Supporting the recruiting process: job offers, CV screening, organization of meetings and video calls, feedbacks
• Organizing trainings including mandatory trainings for Health and Safety and sponsored training programs
• Supporting employer branding projects (liaising with Universities and Schools) and social responsibility projects
• Running HR reports – archive

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Bachelor in Human Sciences/ Economical/ Psychology or Juridical with a preference for a Master in Human Resources
• Passion for Human Resources field
• At least 3-5 years of experience gained in similar roles
• Previous payroll budgeting experience would be a plus
• Very good emotional intelligence
• Proactivity, team working, good organizational and communications skills, goals-oriented
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Italian
