IT Talent & Agile Specialist

Main Activities:

• Support the adoption and implementation of Agile practices within HR and IT domains.
• Drive innovative talent management initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Collaborate in the digital transformation of HR processes.
• Promote a culture of organizational agility through learning and development programs.
• Facilitate change management and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Expertise in Talent Management and HR digital transformation.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Right to work in Italy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
• Experience in HR-Tech project management or talent management platforms.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
