Senior Web Developer

We're on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting scalable, modern web applications and is passionate about staying current with evolving technologies. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that drive real business value.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and deploy robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, VueJS, AngularJS, and Expo.
Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead full-stack development efforts, integrating backend systems using Node.js, Python, or serverless functions.
Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and MongoDB to design and manage efficient data structures.
Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure, using services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
Research new tools and frameworks, evaluate PoCs, and help guide vendor and tech stack decisions.
Help shape internal standards and contribute to quality assurance through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior developers, foster collaboration, and promote best practices across the team.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in web development, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud architecture, and API integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional, distributed teams.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration tools.
Working knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
Certifications in AWS or Azure.
Previous experience in fintech, payments, or secure application development.
