Product Manager focused on AI & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Product Development: Define and manage product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, including content creation with generative AI, conversational automation for customer support, internal AI model fine-tuning (e.g., using LLMs, RAG, LangChain frameworks), advanced user segmentation, and workflow automation;
• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, and compliance teams to implement sophisticated AI technologies, ensuring solutions adhere to compliance standards;
• Execution & Delivery: Translate complex AI product strategies into clear business requirements, prioritize backlog items, manage agile development cycles, and oversee timely, quality-driven releases;
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and track key metrics for AI product success, conduct regular reviews of AI model performance, user experience, and business outcomes, driving iterative improvements based on data-driven insights;
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate AI product plans, progress, results, and technical complexities to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven AI Product Management: 3+ years managing AI-driven technology products, with direct experience in implementing and optimizing large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangChain frameworks, or similar AI technologies (mandatory)!;
• Advanced AI Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and practical AI deployment;
• Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to leverage data and analytics tools to assess AI product performance and drive informed decision-making;
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity or prior experience in the iGaming sector is strongly preferred;
• Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated skill in simplifying complex AI topics for diverse stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and alignment.
