Information Security Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives related to information security compliance, aligning with business objectives and risk appetite;
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve information security documentation;
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of information security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, other), including planning, execution, and remediation tracking;
  • Conduct risk assessments and internal gap analyses, mapping findings to audit frameworks and driving strategic improvements;
  • Ensure and enforce ongoing compliance, overseeing implementation of corrective measures;
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security best practices across development and operational workflows;
  • Monitor evolving cybersecurity, IT, and AI regulations, assess their impact, and deliver actionable compliance strategies to senior stakeholders




Core Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other standard information security management frameworks and audit processes;
  • Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving;
  • Solid project management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines;
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently;
  • Adaptable mindset and a proactive, solutions-based attitude;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English




Salary range

  • Gross Salary 3200 - 4700 EUR/month
