ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in testing systems to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze and align system testing tasks as per client-provided
• Perform technical analysis and testing.
• Identify and analyze the needs of stakeholders.
• Conduct testing for the described requirements.
• Clearly describe acceptance criteria for backlog items.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are understandable to the entire team.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance industry.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough cost/benefit analyses.
• Experience and adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results within specified timelines.
