The opportunity: WPS Product Management Support – 6-months fixed-term contract

What you will do:


Reporting to the Head of Investments, Products & Supervision for Wealth and Premier Solutions (WPS) you will work on the implementation and ongoing management of the IWS change agenda, focusing on the testing of the front-end applications for MIFID Target Market implementation. You will also work on the operational management of IWS risks, and on product development and management, including sales support and business administration.


In this role, you will:


  • Input and tests numerous different trades in multiple asset classes and a wide variety of investments products to ensure the systems deal correctly with MIFID Target market (Avaloq, BlackRock Aladdin Wealth). Report on the outcomes of these tests cases.
  • Actively contribute to the local implementation of Group strategic initiatives, Global Compliance streamlining initiatives and changes in regulatory framework.
  • Tight coordination with all Risk and Control stakeholders in order to implement and manage an effective and robust WPS risk framework.
  • Support IWS Global Product coordinators with the delivery of their strategic growth plan across Luxembourg, which includes Product Development and other Product relating solutions.
  • Assist with day to day business administration and supervisory related tasks.



You should apply if you have:


  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Good skills and ease of use for IT systems and front-end applications, good understanding of financial markets;
  • Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Compliance and risk awareness
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg and MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English and ideally in French, both written and oral.
