Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in fund distribution and commission calculation.

The role will involve defining functional requirements, ensuring that system capabilities meet business needs, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance commission calculation processes and fund distribution platforms.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Define functional requirements for commission calculation, revenue-sharing models, and fee structures for funds

• Work on fund distribution platforms, transfer agents, or order routing systems

• Analyze financial regulations (MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD) and their impact on fee processing

• Utilize functional analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML, SQL, Excel, and Power BI

• Write functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios

• Implement systems, conduct testing, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong expertise in investment funds, fee structures, and financial systems supporting fund operations

• Experience with fund distribution platforms (e.g., Calastone, Allfunds, Euroclear, Clearstream, Fundsettle)

• Knowledge of fund data providers (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg, FE Fundinfo)

• Familiarity with automated tools for commission calculation and reconciliation processes
