DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an DevOps!

Mission: You will make a substantial impact by improving the development lifecycle and accelerating features to production, ensuring a swift and efficient delivery process.

Responsabilities:

• Support and develop a companywide devops strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering and DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo or ELK stack). Plus.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization. Plus.
• Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies. Plus.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices. Plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Willingness to learn French.
