👉 We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on profile, with a strong business mindset and the ability to lead and inspire teams. You’ll be driving business growth within a rapidly expanding organization, with a strong focus on Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions.

What will you be doing?

✔️ Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients (80% Hunter | 20% Farmer)

✔️ Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs

✔️ Identify new business opportunities across national and international markets

✔️ Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions

✔️ Lead commercial initiatives with a direct impact on company results

✔️ Play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy

What are we looking for?

🔹 Proven experience in Business Development and tech solution sales (ideally Salesforce and/or ServiceNow)

🔹 Technical understanding to effectively communicate with IT teams and clients

🔹 Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate high-performing teams

🔹 A self-starter with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset

🔹 Experience in Big4 or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)

🔹 Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
