Since customer experience is an end-to-end process, we offer consultancy services such as Experience Design, Quality & Research Management and the design phase of this experience from an analytical perspective.
Our call services, which are among our main services, are not only provided through voice channel, but also supported by video calls and Interactive Voice Response systems (IVR) to provide our customers with a unique experience.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with the team to define functional and other requirements for incoming requests.
- Decide on and select tools and methodologies for project execution.
- Create conceptual and functional designs, and identify integration needs.
- Define relationships between responsible functions and other systems; intervene and guide teams when necessary.
- Take responsibility for the security, standards compliance, and quality of code developed within the team; train and guide team members for necessary corrections.
- Anticipate the impacts of changes, features, and functionalities on overall system integrity.
- Develop designed solutions, perform unit tests, and support the operations team.
- Continuously improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability through various enhancement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Over 4 years of experience configuring, scripting, and maintaining open-source IP telephony products such as OpenSIPS, FreeSwitch, Kamailio, Asterisk, FreePBX, gateways, phones, or SBCs.
- Strong experience with telephony and network protocols including SIP, SDP, RTP, SRTP, TCP, TLS, SCTP, H.323, SNMP, SMTP, LDAP.
- Proficiency in .NET technologies.
- Project experience with Java, specifically with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with software development tools like GIT, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Apache, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Memcached.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies including Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Maven.
- Hands-on experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
- Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
- Knowledge of securing, monitoring, and tuning systems for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
